The major problem with low-calorie snacks for me is variety. Literally surrounded by poor choices -- fast food restaurants on every corner, convenience stores barren of anything healthy, coffee shops filled with temptation -- I need planned snacks to maintain my weight loss. So...I went online and found a wide range of snacks at 100 calories or less. Some are simple put-together treats; others are more complicated. I also found a few sites that had extraordinary recipes for true delights if you have the time to make such luscious treats.
